Durham University Science Park development moves into second phase

Durham University is moving into the second phase of its £30m science park development with plans to build offices for small research and development companies.

In partnership with Dysart Developments, the university wants to build a 2,972.8 sq m (32,000 sq ft) unit providing serviced accommodation with exhibition and catering facilities and space for 110 cars.

When complete, the park will cover 16.18 ha (40 acres) on the university campus with units ranging from 464 sq m to 9,290 sq m (5,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft).
