Midlands-based Revelan Properties has bought the former Hozelock unit in Minworth to the north east of Birmingham and then let it to a Cadbury subsidiary.
Revelan paid £1.075m for the 6,039 sq m (65,000 sq ft) unit and then let it to Anstar at £175,000 pa on a five year lease.
James & Lister Lea acted for Anstar while Weatherall Green & Smith acted for Hozelock.
