The Welsh Development Agency has applied for consent to bring forward a 40.8 ha (440 acre) site near Swansea for a major inward investment project.
WDA has approached Swansea Council for permission to create three development platforms at the former Felindre Tin Plate Works and adjacent land close to junction 46 of the M4. The agency hopes to create 6,000 jobs.
