IBM United Kingdom Pensions Trust has purchased the freehold of a 17,369 sq ft (1,614 sq m) warehouse at 1-3 Harp Trading Estate, Manchester, for £595,000.
Captain Cargo took the unit in December 1991, at £69,000 pa.
Lambert Smith Hampton’s Northampton office represented the vendor, a private client.
