KPMG and Barber White are promoting a new “benchmarking service” which collates key indicators about the performance of listed property companies. The service covers 36 listed firms with a market capitalisation of around £14bn. It highlights operational performance, property investment portfolios, funding decisions, cashflow and shareholder returns.
