Imry, which is being sold off to Chelsfield, is to sign off with one of the largest property deals ever completed on the south coast.
Imry has persuaded Marks & Spencer to sign up for a 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) store at its £300m West Quay shopping development in Southampton, Hampshire.
M&S will open one of its largest stores in spring 2000. The deal will be based on innovative turnover-based leases – the amount of rent paid is tied to the levels of sales.
