Derbyshire County Council is calling on the National Lottery to help it raise £12m to fund a transport scheme for the Peak District National Park.
The council wants to reopen 20 miles of track from Buxton to Matlock to attract more visitors.
Sustainability-linked agreement includes minimum EPC ratings
The Project Halo scheme forms part of the Liverpool City Region Life Sciences Innovation Zone
The move compounds the company’s recent investment in its regional offices
But the wave of retrofits and repurposing will fall short of filling the looming supply gap
