Two Four Sports has bought a 25-year lease to operate Donington Park motor racing circuit in the Midlands for more than £40m. It will also take over 80.94ha (200 acres) of the 242.82ha (600 acre) estate and the Donington Park Exhibition Centre.

The move compounds the company’s recent investment in its regional offices
But the wave of retrofits and repurposing will fall short of filling the looming supply gap
