Allied London Properties clinches three deals

Allied London Properties (ALP) has sold Hangley House, Birmingham to Newport Holdings for £10m. The offices comprise 6,745 sq m (72,600 sq ft).

It has also sold its completed retail development of the former Rackhams department store in Bradford, West Yorkshire for £8.23m to Schroder Property Exempt Unit Fund.

In the third deal, ALP has spent £9m on most of Retail Revival’s assets. Retail Revival is a wholly owned offshoot of TSB.
