FPPS, the property fund managers for Friends Provident, has sold the Flying Horse Walk shopping centre in Nottingham to PDFM for £4.3m. The deal represents a yield of 10%.
The 3,000 sq m (32,400 sq ft) centre, which stands between the Broad Marsh and Victoria Shopping Centres, has18 units let to tenants who include Debenhams, Mondi and Oui Set. The rent roll is nearly £450,000pa.
Donaldsons represented FPPS while Hill Woolhouse advised PDFM.
