Prudential Property Management is quoting in the region of £619 per sq m (£57.50 per sq ft) for 30 Berkeley Square, London,W1, in a bid to set a new benchmark rent in the West End.
The 4,570 sq m (49,180 sq ft) scheme is one of two speculative developments Prudential is undertaking in central London. The other scheme is the 6,410 sq m (69,000 sq ft) Cleveland House at 19 St James’s Square, SW1.
