Computer specialist ICL has picked Ambassador House on Hypo Property Investment’s Concord Business Park, South Manchester, for a new training centre.
The company is taking the 2,364 sq m (25,540 sq ft) building on a 10 year lease at a rent of (£13.50 per sq ft) around £1 per sq ft less than the quoting rent.
ICL joins a handful of other tenants on the park, including Mercury Communications, NWS Bank and National Grid. Only one 3,750 sq m (40,350 sq ft) building now remains unlet.
