Edinburghs Exchange Plaza office development, completed last week, has just bagged its first tenant.
Clydesdale Bank has signed up for around 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) at the CALA-Morrison scheme in Edinburgh city centre. It has taken a 25-year lease at a rent of just under £247.57 per sq m (£23 per sq ft).
The bank was lured away from five existing buildings by the 9,300 (100,000 sq ft) development, the largest new office block in the Scottish capital.
