Lowe Howard-Spink (LHS) is leading the pack of ad agencies currently looking for space in London’s West End. Savills has been appointed to search for more than 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) of offices for the agency .

LHS currently occupies a similar amount of space in Land Securities’ Bowater House, Knightsbridge, but its lease expires in three years time.

Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury & Partners and Rapier Stead & Bowden are also actively looking for space in the West End. Both have instructed Pilcher Hershman & Partners and are looking for up to 3,251 sq m (35,000 sq ft) and 1,393 sq m (15,000 sq ft), respectively.

HHCL is looking predominantly for offices north of Oxford Street, said David Rosen of Pilcher Hershman, but is also considering Soho and Covent Garden.

Savills’ West End office secured the requirement for LHS last week.
