Luminar plans to add nine more Rock Cafes this year and up to 12 in 1998-99. It has 17 up from 14 at last May’s flotation as well as 16 discotheques, two pubs and three Rhythm Room Bar and Grills.
It is raising £15.6m net to fund the expansion via a 1-for-3 rights issue.
