Regus Business Centres has signed up for the second floor of Norwich Union’s Portergate building in Sheffield, south Yorkshire.
The serviced office operator has taken 1,533 sq m (16,507 sq ft) on a geared rent formula basis. It is believed Regus has already lined up tenants for the space and marketing will begin soon.
Campbell & Company and Chesterton are joint agents for Norwich Union while Regus was unrepresented.
