Gehe is to sell Holland & Barrett, National Veterinary Supplies and Martindales for a total of about £250m. The Holland & Barrett chain consists of 400 shops.
It is Britain’s largest health food chain. Potential buyers include General Nutrition Centre and Allen Lloyd.
