Bolton Wanderers’ reverse takeover of Mosaic will enable the building company of Bolton’s chairman Gordon Hargreaves to bill £375,000 for work on the football club’s new stadium over the past five years.

Newcastle United investors are concerned at the club’s plans to spend £65m on a new stadium and £25m redeveloping its old St James Park ground as an indoor sports centre.
