Dry estate could get its first pub in Bossington, Exmoor

Racehorse trainer Allan Dunn is to submit a planning application to Exmoor National Park to convert two of his cottages in Bossington into a pub.

The cottages form part of the 4,856.4ha (12,000 acre) Holincote estate on Exmoor, which covers four villages – Selworthy, Luccombe, Allerford and Bossington.

The estate has been kept dry for centuries and this would be the first time it has got a pub.
