Morgan Pepper has replaced Richard Ellis as letting agent on Eagle Star Properties’ 1 Threadneedle Street, EC2.
The fund has decided to let the 5,037 sq m (54,215 sq ft) building floor by floor and it has also put the quoting rent up to £425 per sq m (£39.50 per sq ft) from £403 per sq m (£37.50 per sq ft). St Quintin remains as joint-letting agent on the scheme which has been vacant since it was completed in1991.
Floorplate sizes range from 450 sq m (4,850 sq ft) to 650 sq m (7,000 sq ft).
