Richard Ellis has appointed two new regional directors at its Birmingham office. They are: John Griffiths, head of office agency, and Stephen Benson of the company’s investment department.
Griffiths, aged 29, has worked in office agency in Birmingham since 1988 and joined Richard Ellis in 1994. Benson, aged 30, was recruited in August 1994 to join Simon Robinson in the expanding Midlands’ investment department, after a seven year spell at Grimley.
In the past three years, RE’s staff has nearly trebled to 26 as a result of expansion, particularly in the investment, agency and building consultancy divisions.
