Asda Property Holdings has begun construction of three property warehouses in Portsmouth, Daventry and Swindon.
The deal brings Asda’s total retail warehouse estate to 71,997 sq m (775,000 sq ft) with a further 16,257 sq m (175,000 sq ft) of developments in hand.
