Hill Samuel Property Unit Trust has bought a retail warehouse on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton, from WH Smith for £3.9m. The deal reflects an initial yield of 7.84%.
Do It All occupies the 3,855 sq m (41,500 sq ft) warehouse with 18 years remaining on its lease, paying a rent of £314,800 pa. Rent is subject to five yearly reviews from June 2000.
