Kingspark Developments is close to signing up Apollo Metals for the 7,712 sq m (83,000 sq ft) Unit A at Redfern Industrial Estate near Tyseley.
Apollo is understood to be paying the quoting rent of £42.50 per sq m (£3.96 per sq ft) on a 15 year lease for the unit which was specially designed for Hoskins Healthcare over two years ago.
There are only two 2,323 sq m (25,000 sq ft) units still available on the park. Existing tenants include Waggon Industrial, Bestway Cash & Carry and the Post Office.
Phoenix Beard advised Apollo. Harris Lamb & Co and Hiller Parker are joint agents on the park.
