Argent is planning to build four separate office buildings of between 4,180 sq m (45,000 sq ft) and 37,160 sq ft (400,000 sq ft) each in the second phase of its Brindleyplace scheme in Birmingham.
Work will start on the infrastructure for the second phase by the end of the year. But Argent plans to complete the seven storey 11,705 sq m (126,000 sq ft) Four Brindleyplace before pressing ahead with the rest of the second phase.
The four blocks will surround Oozells Square, the second public space on the 6.8 ha (17 acre) site, and are masterplanned to allow a range of building options for potential occupiers.
The square will also incorporate new restaurant, retail and leisure units, which will front both the square and Broad Street.
Richard Ellis and Grimley are letting agents on Brindleyplace.
