Jurys Hotel Group has set its sights on opening new hotels in Manchester, Coventry and Edinburgh.
The Irish hotels group currently has 15 properties. The group’s profits rose 45% to I£13.8m in the year to April. Turnover was up 17% to I£57.7m.
It has received permission to increase the number of rooms at its Islington, London, hotel from 168 to 220.
