LDC Holdings has bought Telephone house complex in Queen Charlotte Street, Bristol, from London & Paris for just over £4m.
The complex comprises a 4645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) office tower, a 450-space multi-storey car park and overlooks the Floating Harbour and Bristol Bridge.
