Newcastle-under-Lyme Council has given planning consent for a £10m leisure scheme on an edge of town site next to a Safeway supermarket and adjacent to the inner ring road.
Peregrine Nul Ltd is proposing a 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) leisure scheme including a multiplex cinema and restaurants. The development will also include 230 car parking spaces.
Mason Owen & Partners is advising PNL on the development and Carpenter Planning Consultants on the application.
