Rebel tenants who are refusing to sign contracts to buy all their beerfrom landlords Inntrepreneur have put a halt to the group’s sale.
About 800 tenants have refused to sign the Retail Link agreement and seemlikely to take legal action.
Inntrepreneur could be forced to settle with many of the tenants in orderto dispose of the business through a flotation, trade sale or managementbuyout.
