Greenalls has sold the 190-bedroom De Vere Hotel in Coventry for £6m.
The buyer is Britannia Hotels. The 4-star hotel was one of four non-core hotels put up for sale through Knight Frank earlier this year with a combined price of £25m. A sale of the other three to a single buyer is thought to be imminent.
