Yates’s Wine Lodge plans to invest £2.3m in a 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) restaurant and bar on Queen Square in Liverpool.
The licenced leisure operator has signed a 35 year lease on the unit and will be joining Joe Bloggs and JJB Sports on Neptune Development’s scheme on the Square. Swallow Hotel has already signed up to operate a hotel on the site. Another operator is understood to be in negotiations for the second leisure unit.
