Wiggins has launched a damages claim against Brent Council over the building of a leisure centre at Kingsbury, north west London.
The company claims the council failed to deliver promised incentives.
Wiggins has made a £2.5m provision against the development, which has been put on hold. The company has reported profits up from £1.01m to £4.9m for the year to March 31, on turnover up to £19.9m from £6.9m.
