Liverpool is looking to attract a big inward investor onto a site on the northern airfield of the City’s old airport.
The Speke Garston Development Company has commenced work on the 121ha (300 acre) site and it will be ready for occupation next year.
Improvements are underway to roads and buildings around the site and on the nearby Speke industrial estate, which has tenants like Eli Lilley, Glaxo Wellcome and Evans Medical.
