Haslemere Estates has won planning consent for 2229 sq m (24,000 sq ft) of offices at 140 Fenchurch Street, London EC3.
Haslemere is a subsiary of the Dutch Rodamco Group. Project managers for the building are Argyll Property Asset Management. Haslemere bought the building earlier this year from Imry and since obtained vacant possession. The letting agents are DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
