Formal agreements have been exchanged between Coventry City Council and Arrowcroft for the £33m development of the 16,722 sq m (180,000 sq ft) Lower Precinct and Indoor Market.
The deal means the rest of the various procedures including acompulsory purchase order, can go ahead. Arrowcroft aims to complete the project by 2000.
