The semi-derelict Coal Exchange in Cardiff Bay is set to be converted into a media village and a deal to reopen the building could be unveiled in the New Year.
The Cardiff Bay area has already attracted two dozen media and multimedia companies with a further five set to arrive shortly, attracted by grants and the prospect of lottery money.
