CNC Properties let 4,180 sq m (45,000 sq ft) of offices at its Waterlinks House in Richard Street, Birmingham.
CNC bought the 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) building last spring for £4.7m with British Gas as occupier. It is now refurbishing and reletting.

The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
