Ian Schrager, New York’s most fashionable hotelier, will this week start work on his first UK hotel project after last week gaining consent to develop a 200-bed hotel in St Martin’s Lane, London, W1.
Another site, just north of Oxford Street, is also being prepared for a planning submission with Burford.
