Lend Lease Europe acquired development rights to Touchwood Court, akey retail development in Solihull.
The centre totals 4ha (10 acres). Plans have been drawn up, for over adecade, to build a 27,870 sq m (300,000 sq ft) development with an estimated£90m building cost. The scheme reflects the growing trend oflinking retail and leisure facilities.
The anchor tenant will be the John Lewis Partnership. Lend Lease isacquiring the site from IM Properties and Gracemount Developers, twolocal businesses.
