Allied Leisure spent just over £5m to buy 15 Burger Kingrestaurants in the East Midlands and Yorkshire in two separatedeals.
The units have been bought from the receivers of two Burger Kingfranchises that collapsed last year – Genesis Fast Food and J&H KyrrisPartnership.
Allied now has 27 Burger King outlets.
