The Financial Times casts doubt, and a dose of sarcasm, on theplan outlined by Wiggins Group to build Europe’s tallest skyscraper inLiverpool.
It observes that the man behind the venture is Oliver Iny “a big manwith mega plans – few of which make it off the drawing board”.
Iny’s past ideas apparently include the world’s largest aquarium inLondon as well as a proposal to turn a property in St James’s Streetinto a £60m house.
