TR Property Investment Trust has bought a leasehold interest in threeproperties near Piccadilly in London, for about £15m.
The acquisition has been made in partnership with Bellhouse Joseph,the developers, which will manage the properties. The vendor, WyndhamInvestments, is part of the Allied Domecq pension fund.
The properties have 6,038 sq m (65,000 sq ft) of floor space andcurrent rental income is £1.07m.
