Sullivan plans to invest in Cardiff if stadium move agreed

David Sullivan has offered to invest money in Cardiff City, providedthe third division football club moves to the planned new 75,000capacity Millennium Stadium.

The multi-millionaire owner of Birmingham City says there is nopotential at Cardiff while they remain at a dilapidated ground likeNinian Park.

He would not be allowed to own two clubs under Football Associationrules.
