AT&T and British Telecom (BT) are expected to announce this weekend the formation of a joint venture that will radically change the face of global telephony.
The deal, which could be revealed today or tomorrow, will boost the efforts of both companies to become big players in the growing business of providing international telephone and Internet services to global companies.
