The Prudential is to spend £15m at Scottish Amicable’s head office, near Stirling, Scotland.
The investment includes the building of a new office block, the refurbishment of an existing one and the relocation of one of Scottish Amicable’s computer centres to a purpose-built site.
The investment will be spread over two years.
