The £60m Trafford Centre is due to open next month on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal.
Its two wings will include 280 shops, three miles of malls, 25 restaurants, 20-screen cinema, 18-lane bowling alley, hotel and pub. But locals are worried the centre may become a traffic bottleneck with some of the worst traffic jams even known in the North West.
