Restaurant chain Belgo is in negotiations to open two new outlets in London. It is looking to open the fourth of its mussels-and-frites restaurants in Islington’s Upper Street and is also in negotiations to open a top-of-the-market Vietnamese outlet in Charlotte Street, central London.
