Bilton has accused directors of Slough Estates of having a £1.8m “golden parachute” for directors should the company ever be taken over. Directors would receive up to two years’ salary and pension contributions. Slough criticised a similar arrangement in place at Bilton last week. Bilton is currently fighting a £264m hostile takeover bid from Slough Estates.
