The US Oracle business software group is opening a £20m regional headquarters at Blythe Valley Business Park, West Midlands.
It will provide support services, training and consultancy.
Peter Mandelson, Trade and Industry Secretary, said Oracle’s decision proved the West Midlands was a major investment centre.
