Neill Clerk has bought Platts Eyot Island (excluding the part owned by Platts Eyot), Port Hampton from Westview Investments and Platts Eyot Limited from Terrace Hill (Hampton).
The three acquisitions cost £1.1m.
Neil Clark is to be renamed Property & Capital.
